“Success isn’t only about what you know. It’s also about how well you help others understand it.”
— Aisha Khan
Have you ever known the answer but stayed quiet? Maybe you had a great idea in a meeting, or a presentation you dreaded for days, or an interview where the words just wouldn’t come out right.
You’re not alone. And the good news is, it doesn’t have to stay that way.
That’s exactly where Aisha Khan comes in.
Who is Aisha Khan?
Aisha is an English Linguistics scholar, educator, and communication skills trainer, and one of the co-founders of Intechskills. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MPhil in English Linguistics, and she’s currently doing PhD research in Applied Linguistics.
In six years of university teaching, she has worked with more than 7,000 students. Many of them came to her with real knowledge and real potential, but not yet the confidence to share it. She has watched those same students learn to organise their thoughts, speak clearly, read the room, and turn presentations from something they feared into something they looked forward to. That change is what drives her work.
Aisha starts with one simple question: What actually makes communication work, and how can we get better at it? For her, good communication is about much more than picking the right words. It’s how you structure your ideas, how you get your meaning across, and how you adjust to the people in front of you. And she firmly believes it isn’t some natural talent that only a few people are born with. It’s a skill. You can understand it, practise it, and get better at it.
Her classes combine linguistics research with years of real classroom experience, so what you learn is practical and easy to use in everyday life.
