2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the platform, including student portals, assignment submissions, and certificates, you must register for an account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, valid email address, and active WhatsApp/phone number.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• No Account Sharing: Each account is strictly for individual personal use. Sharing student accounts, login details, or course access links with other individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

3. Course Access & Intellectual Property

All instructional content, videos, exercises, guides, templates, and materials provided through Intechskills are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.

4. Student Code of Conduct

Intechskills strives to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional learning environment. You agree to:

• Treat fellow learners, mentors, and staff with courtesy and professionalism in all community channels, forums, and live sessions.
• Submit authentic and original project work and assignments. Plagiarism or misrepresenting others' freelance portfolios will result in disqualification.
• Never engage in harassment, abusive language, hate speech, spamming, or fraudulent solicitations on the platform.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Creating a basic account on Intechskills is completely free. When enrolling in paid cohorts or premium mentorship tracks:

• Fee Clarity: All course fees are stated transparently in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) prior to enrollment.
• Payment Verification: Seat reservations are confirmed upon verification of bank transfer, mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash), or approved payment gateway receipts.
• Refund Policy: Due to limited seat capacities per batch, refund requests must be submitted in writing before the second scheduled live class of the cohort. After the second class, all tuition fees are strictly non-refundable.

6. Course Certifications & Credentials

To earn an official verified Intechskills course certificate, students must meet minimum course requirements, including:

• Minimum 80% attendance in scheduled live batch workshops.
• Satisfactory completion and submission of all practical assignments and milestone projects.
• Completion of the capstone portfolio project as evaluated by course mentors.

* Note: Intechskills certificates attest to vocational skill competency and completion of practical training. They do not constitute formal university degrees.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our courses teach proven skills, freelancing strategies, and digital methodologies. However, Intechskills cannot guarantee specific income levels, client bookings, or employment offers, as individual outcomes depend on student effort, market conditions, and personal dedication.

Intechskills provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intechskills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination & Suspension

Intechskills reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account or revoke enrollment if a user breaches these terms, engages in academic dishonesty, shares copyrighted course recordings, or acts in a manner disruptive to the academy community.
